Having the largest capacity in its category in our country, EKMEK's production line is also the first in the world in terms of its establishment year. The production lines have a processing capacity of 6 tons of dough per hour.
The main purpose of Ekmek Bakery & Food factories is to meet the needs of TFI TAB Foods Investments' fast-food restaurants, including hamburgers, sandwiches, biscuits, panini and baguette bread, and pizza dough.
The foundations of the first factory, where hamburger, sandwich, and biscuit bread, as well as dough, were produced, were laid in 2008, and production started in 2009.
After the first factory reached its capacity limits, construction of the second factory began in 2011, and the factory was completed and put into operation in less than a year.
The second factory is the largest production line in its category in Turkey in terms of production capacity and is ranked first in the world as of its establishment year. In addition to meeting the needs of its fast-food restaurants, it also supplies toast bread to some major chain supermarkets.
