Established in 2010, Fasdat Vegetables aims to supply directly consumed green products for Group brands and restaurants such as Burger King®, Sbarro®, Popeyes®, Usta Dönerci®, Usta Pideci®, Subway®, Döner Stop®, and Arby’s®, and conduct the sales of "fresh-cut" products in the HoReCa sector.

Located in the Antalya Organized Industrial Zone, it is set up in an area of approximately 16,000 m² open and 4,000 m² closed, with 75 employees and an annual production capacity of 4500 tons. The raw materials for the prepared products are supplied through Fasdat's contracted agriculture practices.

The Fasdat vegetable production process includes necessary quality pre-cutting, followed by fully automated systems, hands-free cutting, disinfection-rinsing, and drying stages. It introduces products with longer shelf life and fresher preservation by conducting packaging processes for the first time in Turkey under controlled atmosphere conditions.

Shortly after starting production, Fasdat Vegetables received the "A Grade BRC-Food" certificate, proving the excellence in production and product quality.
