ATP Capital, founded in Istanbul in 2022, is an Investment Trust Company (ITC) established to expand the technology ecosystem, broaden its impact areas, and support new ventures.
The company operates under the Turkish Commercial Code (TCC), Capital Markets Law (CML), and the regulations of the Capital Markets Board (CMB). In compliance with the regulations, it is authorized to issue its shares for sale to qualified investors, as outlined in the "Principles Regarding Venture Capital Investment Trusts" (III-48.3) regulation, which came into effect on October 9, 2013.
ATP Capital's highlighted investment areas include robotic applications, machine learning (ML), artificial intelligence (AI), mobile technologies, and the Internet of Things (IoT). The first investment by ATP Capital was made in AtaExpress, which includes online food ordering and Fiyuu courier delivery platforms. With this investment, the option right to acquire the remaining shares of the company was also secured. ATP Capital continues to work towards increasing the number of serviced brands, transportation capacity, and the company's overall value through the transformation at AtaExpress.
